DOMO Engineered Materials to rebrand under RadiciGroup after combination

Following Lone Star's May 2026 acquisition of the DOMO Engineered Materials business and RadiciGroup's High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals businesses, the two are being combined into a single global polyamide and high-performance engineering polymers organization. From 6 October 2026, DOMO identities will progressively move to RadiciGroup across customer- and supplier-facing touchpoints, with email migration expected to finish by the end of Q1 2027.
